SAVE THE DATE TO EXPERIENCE TOM KEY AS C.S. LEWIS - MAY 20
Although high-profile productions of Shadowlands and other one-man shows dominate the C. S. Lewis landscape, the first, the longest running, and arguably the most ambitious theatrical portrait of the esteemed Christian writer comes, remarkably enough, from an American. Since 1978, Tom Key, an Atlanta-based (Birmingham born) actor and playwright, has given hundreds of performances of his one-person show, C.S. Lewis on Stage. Presented in such venues as Washington, D.C.'s Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Oxford University, the play boasts a distinguished list of enthusiasts, including Douglas Gresham (Lewis's stepson) and fellow "inklings" Owen Barfield and George Sayer.

TSP brings C.S. Lewis to The Library Theatre at the Hoover Library on Sunday, May 20 at 2:30 p.m. for one performance only. Call today for tickets. They will go fast! (205-978-5095).

There are opportunities for sponsoring this event!
We are looking for corporate and individual sponsors to underwrite this event, which we are using as a TSP fundraiser. Our Red Hot Planners are designing a lovely English Pub-like reception in a private home following the performance at which attendees can meet and chat with Tom Key.
